Through angelic connection, crystals, mindfulness, creative activities and self-care tools, I offer heart-led

workshops and programmes for adults and children. With 30 years of experience in holistic therapies, spiritual wisdom and teaching children, my aim is to help adults and children to find their wings to fly and shine as brightly as they can. Workshops are interactive, fun, uplifting, and adapted to the unique needs of each group.
